Brief Introduction
It is constant volume quantative packing machine for semi-liquid material which is suitable for quatatative filling of small-neck containers. The machine has simple structure, easy operational, accurate measuring as well as stable and reliable working performance that is an ideal equipment for semi-liquid material quantatitive packing such as lubrication grease.
Structural Brief
The machine is constant volume quantitative packing machine for semi-liquid material. The whole machine consists of material feed unit and filling unit that connected by tube.
1. Material feeding: this part consists of frame,cylinder unit,elevating table and lifting auger ( see Fig.1). Screw-type auger feed unit is installed because of poor liquidity of semi-liquid material such as oil. A Barrel fulfilled with 180 L of material is pushed into elevating table during operation. Two cylinder lift working table and auger rotate at meantime, then material inside barrel is delivered upward vertically to filling unit from top outlet.
2. Filling part: filling part consists of frame, quantitative filling end and pneumatic control system(see.Fig.2) This part of quantitative filling system carries out independent filling that Qualitative by foothold valve. Quantitative filling head consists of capacity type quantitative cylinder and tuning valve. There're 3 openings on the valve which including: suction opening on the top that connected with feed unit by pipe; discharging opening at bottom, side opening that connected with qualitative cylinder and valve core is square bend. Quantitative piston moves down by cylinder and grip material into quantitative cylinder to complete volume measuring. Then valve core is turned in 90°degrees by motivation of another cylinder in order to connect with discharging opening and disconnect with top opening. At this moment, quantities cylinder piston lift up and discharge material into barrel.
3.There's a shaft stop calibrated disc to adjust capacity size at bottom of quantitative cylinder piston in order to adjust filling volume as required. Filling volume can be decreased as calibrated disc is turned into right and vice versa. Please refer to Fig.3 for quantitative filling head structure. Barrel bottom is inserted into discharging opening after lifted, then material can exempt air insider from inject tube. At meantime, the barrel descent slowly to the lowest position after filling complete. Overspeed decent of barrel may cause spilling of material due to incomplete air exemption and underweight of filling.
